1. Data controller

FORSTINVEST PY S.R.L. (hereinafter, FORSTINVEST), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, Tax ID (RUC) 80080191-1, with registered office at Mayor Bullo No. 156 between José A. 2. Representative in the European Union

In accordance with Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), FORSTINVEST has designated Forstinvest Verwaltungs-GmbH, Im Peulfeld 4, 21394 Kirchgellersen, Germany, as its representative in the European Union. Data subjects residing in the European Union and supervisory authorities may contact this representative, in addition to FORSTINVEST, on any matter relating to the processing of their personal data, by post at the address above or by e-mail at admin@forstinvestpy.com.

3. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the name, email address and content of the message you send us, together with the IP address, country of origin, site language and date of submission, for security purposes and to provide context for your enquiry. The site does not request any other personal data.

4. Purpose and basis

We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow up on the business relationship you initiate. The basis is your voluntary request when submitting the form.

For persons residing in the European Union, the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to an existing contract or its possible conclusion, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest of FORSTINVEST in answering the enquiries it receives.

5. Retention

We keep messages for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for a maximum of twelve months, unless a contractual relationship is established, in which case they are kept in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.

6. Recipients and service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the technical data of each visit, such as the IP address, in order to serve and protect the site. To prevent automated submissions, the form uses the Cloudflare Turnstile check, which analyses technical browser signals without displaying advertising or tracking browsing for commercial purposes. Form messages are transmitted through the email delivery provider SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) and received by FORSTINVEST's email service (Zoho Mail). These providers act on behalf of FORSTINVEST. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. The data are processed in Paraguay, where FORSTINVEST is based, and on the servers of the service providers listed above.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. It stores in your browser only your language, colour theme and view preferences, which you can delete at any time from your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to admin@forstinvestpy.com. We will handle your request in accordance with the Paraguayan personal data protection legislation in force.

If you reside in the European Union, the GDPR also grants you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, the right to withdraw any consent given at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your Member State of residence. You may exercise these rights with FORSTINVEST or with its representative in the European Union.

9. Internal portal and client area

The internal portal, intended for partners and staff, and the client area are restricted-access services. Data processing in them is governed by their own terms and by the relevant contracts, which prevail over this policy in matters specific to them.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated; the current version is the one published on this site, with its last update date.
